1. 3D visualisations are conceptual

All 3D visualisations, renders, mood boards and drawings are conceptual illustrations. Colours, materials, lighting, textures and proportions may differ from the finished result because of screen settings, manufacturer batches and site conditions. They are not a guarantee of a specific visual outcome.

2. Estimates and timelines are indicative

Price indications, cost estimates and completion dates are preliminary and given in good faith. The final price and schedule are fixed only in a signed contract or in an offer accepted by the client, and may change if the scope, materials, market prices or site conditions change.

3. Planning documentation does not replace approvals

Drawings, plans and technical documentation we prepare are design materials. They do not replace permits, construction passports, engineering surveys, inspections, fire-safety or sanitary approvals, or any decision of a competent authority. Obtaining such permits and approvals remains the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Advertising and prices

Commercial information is published in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996. Promotions, discounts, guarantees and timelines apply only on the terms stated and must not mislead about scope, timing or results.
