What to put in a planning brief

A brief that names the constraints early saves a revision round. Send whatever you already have. Measured drawings help, but they are not required to start a conversation.

We review load-bearing walls, utility risers, window orientation and ceiling heights before proposing layout options. If the building has rules on wet zones or facade changes, include them.

Include these six points

  1. 01Apartment and building type. Panel block, older stock or new-build shell, plus city and floor.
  2. 02Existing layout evidence. A measured plan or clear photos of each room, with window orientation.
  3. 03Known restrictions. Structural limits, riser positions, ceiling heights, building management rules.
  4. 04Rooms in scope. Which spaces are included and how each should work day to day.
  5. 05Budget range and start date. An indicative figure is enough for the first pass.
  6. 06Coordination mode. On-site meetings in Kyiv or remote review of drawings and materials.

Fees quoted before a written proposal are indicative. Packages are confirmed only after the brief is reviewed.

Send a planning brief

Start with measured constraints. Building stock, wall structure, window orientation, and room requirements are reviewed before layout options are proposed.

Tell us the apartment type, city, and what needs resolving. You receive a written scope and a starting fee, not a sales call.
