2. Data we collect
We collect the name, phone number, email address and message you enter in the request form, project details you choose to share (premises, area, style, budget, timelines), and technical data such as IP address, device and browser type.
3. Purposes, basis, retention
We use the data to answer your request, prepare a proposal for interior-design services, perform distance contracts, handle complaints and keep records. Basis: your consent when submitting the form and pre-contract steps taken at your request. Storage: 12 months after the last contact, or the contract term plus statutory accounting periods. Governed by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3993-IX від 6 червня 2024 року.
4. Recipients
Hosting, CRM, email and accounting providers acting as processors, and public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cookies and trackers
Cookies or trackers that process personal data are set only after consent in the banner, which offers an equally visible reject option; no box is pre-ticked. You may withdraw consent in the banner at any time — Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3993-IX від 6 червня 2024 року.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent by writing to contact@smakrttechno.com. We answer within 30 calendar days.
