These terms govern use of smakrttechno.com and the interior planning and visualization services ordered through it.

2. Services and limits
We provide interior planning and visualization: space planning, concepts, drawings, 3D visualizations and consultations. Scope, revisions and deliverables are set in the individual offer. We do not provide construction, structural, engineering, fire-safety or permitting services.
3. Orders and pre-contract information
Website content is informational and is not a public offer unless stated. Before you order we provide price, payment, performance terms and complaint or withdrawal conditions under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10 червня 2023 року. Commercial content is accurate and not misleading under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 3 липня 1996 року.
4. Your responsibilities
You provide accurate project information, confirm you hold rights to shared materials, and give timely feedback. Construction, procurement and contractor decisions remain yours.
5. Complaints and withdrawal
Send complaints to contact@smakrttechno.com; we reply within statutory timeframes. Visualizations are illustrative; we promise no permits, approvals, budgets or construction timelines. Your rights under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 3 вересня 2015 року and the consumer law cited above remain unaffected.
6. Personal data and cookies
We are the controller of form data, processed to answer enquiries and deliver services. Cookies and trackers need prior notice and consent, with a reject option and no pre-ticked boxes, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3993-IX від 6 червня 2024 року. Purposes, retention and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and law
We are liable within the limits set by law and are not liable for indirect loss. Ukrainian law applies.
